If this is your first time using the Online Payment option you will need to first Create Your Account before you can access the system to pay online.

There is a convenience fee for all online payments. This fee is approximately 3%

Please be aware Online Payments can take 4-5 days to be processed. This is done by a third party company. Take this into account when making payment to avoid missing your due date and being charged a late fee.

With PayLease changing their system they show a zero balance now when you go to pay. This Balance is not correct, please refer to your statement or call our office. We do not allow them access into our system to show a current balance.

IF YOUR ASSOCIATION HAS JUST TRANSFERRED TO OUR COMPANY, IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO GET YOU SETUP FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS. ONCE THAT IS DONE, WE WILL EMAIL THE OWNERS NOTIFYING THEM THAT THEY CAN USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM.
